The Federation of Employers & Industrialists (FEA) is holding open online discussions with businesses in the hospitality, catering and food service sector on the very important issue of the rational management and treatment of food waste generated by businesses.
Please fill in the following link with the day and time that is convenient for you to participate in the open discussions, which start from Tuesday 2 March and end on 23 March 2021.
Your participation is valuable, as your contributions will make it easier to identify challenges and document measures to reduce food waste and ways of using organic food waste.
A questionnaire is attached which will form the basis for discussion. We will also present the first results of the survey regarding food waste in businesses operating in the hospitality, catering and food service sector.
