It is worth mentioning that for several months now, a Food Platform has been operating with great success. Specifically, food businesses or food industry businesses that have leftover food, instead of throwing it away and destroying our environment at the same time, proceed to donate it to people in need through a relevant platform operated and managed by “Friends of the Earth Cyprus”.
The relevant donation is made after registering on the Life FOODPrint Project Platform at https://foodprintcy.eu/collaboration-platform/el/donor-registration/.
Interested parties can contact for more information the responsible partners of the project, “Friends of the Earth Cyprus”.
